Refund Policy

At Nu Scan Ultrasound, we understand that plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled.

1. Cancelling or Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at contact@nuscanultrasound.co.uk or via phone/WhatsApp as soon as possible.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so we can offer your slot to another patient.

2. Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from your final payment on the day of your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice or fail to attend your appointment.

3. Clinic Cancellations

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule your scan (for example, due to staff illness or equipment issues), we will contact you promptly. You will be offered the choice of:

  • Moving your appointment to the next available slot

  • Receiving a full refund of your deposit

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days using your original payment method.
We cannot issue a refund for completed services unless required by law.
